When our principle value in life is to feel less pain, then it may be time to consider looking for psychological solutions as an alternative - or complement - to medication

The Day Retreats coincide with the ending of the 8 week courses; for current course participants it's an opportunity to consolidate learning with sustained periods of continuous practice.
