Coach Group

The Coach Group is a monthly drop-in for qualified coaches. We share ideas, practise skills, and work on our own development. We set the agenda at the start of the evening, based on individual requests and ideas.

The EGym Meet Up

Do you have a '5 a day' system to keep you emotionally well? Come along for inspiration, information and fun ways to improve your mental wellbeing day to day. In the informality of Quay Place we will sit in comfy sofas meeting each other a bit and also hear about the PSN CCI Network and some training coming up. Free Mindfulness Taster sessions at Quay Place

On the third Wednesday of each month at 7pm, at Quay Place, Ipswich, we hold our mindfulness 'free for all' event at which people who may be interested in our 8 week mindfulness course can come for a taster and meet with graduates from previous courses.


You can come for taster event that includes a brief presentation, time for Q & A about the 8 week course, and experience some of typical guided mindfulness meditation exercises that we explore in depth during the course.
