When are you available for coaching?
I balance my coaching business along with being an Emotional Wellbeing Trainer at Suffolk Mind and also raising a family, so I chose to work with a maximum of 4 clients a week. This means I can give a my full attention to each client I work with.
I am available for coaching at the following times each week, either face to face, over the telephone or via Skype:
Mondays: 13.00 – 17.00
Fridays: 09.30 – 15.00
Saturdays: 10.00 – 12.30
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions take place at either of the venues below, depending on the date and client requirements
- in the comfort of my home (near Ipswich town centre, IP4)
- I also coach clients over the telephone or via Skype.
Is telephone coaching and Skype coaching as effective as face to face coaching?
The simple answer is YES. Coaching over the phone or via Skype are extremely effective and more and more people are choosing these methods of coaching. Some of the benefits include:

- Anonymity – some people prefer not to meet in person
- Wide selection of coaches – as they are not limited by geography, clients can choose coaches from all over the country or world

The most important factor is that the method of coaching you choose is the right one for you. If you are not sure, then try them out. I am very flexible and many of my clients mix and match their sessions between face to face and telephone or Skype according to their needs and their schedules.
How long will we work together?
Every client is unique and has different needs and results from coaching. I have worked with clients who got the shift they were looking for within 4 hours of coaching and I have had clients who chose to work for an extended period of time to take them through an extremely large shift in their life. It's up to you and will depend on your circumstances.
If you are wanting to create a solid foundation and create permanent change in your life then I would typically recommend between 8 to 12 sessions taken regularly (3 or 4 times a month) to get the most out of coaching when you first begin.
If you then wish to continue on and deal with further issues we can then arrange further sessions.
How long is each session?
Typically sessions are 60 or 90 minutes.
I also offer breakthrough sessions of up to 2 hours for clients who have worked with me previously and now want to remove a particular limiting belief or block that is getting in their way. These are followed up by a 30 minute telephone session.

I coach people of all ages, from young adults exploring their teenage years, right up to people exploring their latter years. I like to work with people who really want to change and who feel I am the right coach to help them get to know themselves, to challenge them and support them through their transformation.
On a personal level I coach people who want to

- feel proud, in control and in flow as a parent, partner, or friend
- have deep and meaningful relationships with themselves and those around them
On a professional level I coach people who want to:

- balance and enjoy their career aswell as being a great mother
