This month at The Life Lounge we will be exploring why sleep is so key for all human beings, and understanding more clearly how to get better sleep. A human being is a wonderful holistic system- improving things in one place helps in others.

We’ll share some ideas you can try to make your life work better in the day. That often helps with your sleeping, by creating a virtual circle of feeling well and fulfilled and alive.

Then we’ll look at how our thinking styles and beliefs impact on sleep, and how we can tune them to serve us better. And show you a range of practical things to try out.
