Releasing Emotions in Lockdown


How to embrace  "stopping" & find a deep sense of connection with self. .
This session takes place on ZOOM. Eloise Stephenson is bringing us a deeply relaxing and nourishing evening with a focus on how we can manage our daily emotions in challenging times.

This month we are very lucky to have a special guest, Eloise Stephenson, to take us through an evening of tuning in and releasing emotions.

As many people step outside their homes at 8 PM each Thursday to #ClapForCarers we have decided to move our event earlier in the evening so you can continue to be part of this important weekly moment, and also so the noise of the appreciations do not interupt the session (specific timings below). 

Eloise is a yoga teacher and coach who is passionate about inspiring individuals to live to their potential and connect to themselves on a deeper level

 
Eloise will guide you firstly to feel into your body and create awareness of what that feels like.
 
We will then do some relaxation techniques and some gentle mindful movement to see what we can feel. 
 
Completely unwinding and embracing the slow and steady feeling that’s always available inside us even when we may feel out of control! 
 
The result is a deep sense of calm, connection with self and some clarity of your own needs. 
 
Timings for this evening
6.30 pm - join us on zoom and settle in (gives everyone time to sort any technical issues. Please do come on line at 6.30 pm.
6.40 pm - gentle movement and relaxation session begins
7.40 pm - sharing round (1 minute each) "what are you taking away?"
8 pm close .. ready for the national #ClapForCarers
 
Setting up your space on the night:
Set up a nice cosy space for yourself to be able to lay down, light candles if you have them or keep the lights dim, use cushions, blankets and if you have a yoga mat then great, otherwise use something soft like a blanket or towel. 
 

 For the set-up of technology:

Once you sign up, you will receive an additional email from BWIS with instructions on how to access the session on Zoom.

You will need to download zoom and create an account.

Please log on 5-10 mins before the session to check you can get online and audio is working etc . 

 

Remember that the cost of The Life Lounge has been halved as we are now online - sign up for only £5 for a nourishing evening with Eloise.
