Event Detail

We are delighted to welcome back Fiona Mealing, following her previous popular and successful event at Life Lounge.

So much of your wellbeing depends on the functioning of your brain cells, and the production of brain chemicals. Keeping your brain structure in good physical shape is key to improving your mood, memory, cognition and focus.

This evening is about how our digestive tract can have a profound influence on mood and mental functioning. We will look at:
      - how poor gut function increases inflammation
      - the role of ‘microflora’ and the symptoms caused by imbalance
      - gluten and its potential impact on gut health
      - the conversation between the gut and the brain.
And there will be practical advice on how to ensure a healthy gut.

Fiona Mealing is a Registered Nutritional Therapist based in Framlingham.
She delivers workshops and courses and has been practicing for 21 years, working with a wide range of health conditions. Her areas of special interest include brain health, women’s health, adrenal/thyroid and hormonal balance.
