In September's Life Lounge we will be exploring how we feel about change - what aspects we find interesting and exciting, and what make us feel anxious and stressed. What is the difference?
Change is one of the certainties in life - we all have to deal with it. The last few months have given us some very new and strange experiences of change. What skills and tools have you used? Where would you like to feel more confident and flowing with change?
All of the BWIS team will be involved in this Life lounge - sharing information and hints and tips to facilitate and embrace change. Sue will look at the natural cycle of change and how we can utilise its phases by understanding ourselves more in that context. Martin will offer some Mindfulness practices for us to explore and gain refreshment from, and the Coaching Team will invite us to think more creatively to plan and manage the changes in our lives with greater confidence and effectiveness.
