What You Can Expect
I will ground and guide people to a place of calm for the body and the mind. This will be followed by some gentle mindfulness movement, giving you the freedom to guide the moves to suit what your body needs.
Targeting the neck and shoulders will stir up the energy there, releasing pressure from stored stress, blocked energy and bad posture, leaving you feeling deeply connected, nurtured and self-soothed.
We will finish with another delicious relaxation to experience the rebounding affects from the movement we have gone through.
There will be chance to share if you wish at the end. The intention is to leave you feeling calm, peaceful, and ready for the best night's sleep in ages.
Create a special space for the session - think candles, nice smells, relaxing music, blanket, eye-mask, teddy? and anything else that may provide comfort and nurturing. And maybe have something nearby to make notes about the experience.
Eloise is a passionate, fun and different yoga teacher, who often roller skates with her dog Dougie. Her drive is to help share what she's found to help herself overcome life struggles.
