Orwell Challenge - prepare with BWIS Walk 2

Each year Sue & Steve (BWIS Founders and Directors) walk the Orwell Challenge (this year on June 23rd) - from Ipswich to Felixstowe and back - organised by the Ipswich Rotary. From April 18th to the walk on June 23rd we organise a weekly walk to 'get in shape' - we invite you to join us for some or all. No charge - come walk with us at your own risk (we not 'official' walk leaders) - meet at the advertised place for each walk and walk and talk with those of us that come that day / evening. Sometimes we may head to a cafe or pub afterwards by mutual agreement - there is no charge for the walk. There is for the Orwell Challenge – and it is a fund-raising event. You need to register for the Orwell Challenge - there are various lengths of walk - see their website.
