It’s your decision as to which member of the BWIS team you work with, and you’re free to choose how long and how often you work with us. Each team member offers a free 15-minute consultation – choose and contact the most suitable practitioner for you.

Our regular courses and events are great for people who want to learn new personal development skills, and to meet others who are also enhancing their wellbeing. There are free tasters for our courses.

Coach Group

The Coach group is a monthly drop-in for qualified coaches to share ideas, practice skills and work on their own personal development.

Usually we do not have an event in August for The Life Lounge but this is not a normal year so do come and join us for a walk and talk and end with a BYO supper on the beach. Other BWIS walks are arranged too - see the events page.
