You will be warmly welcomed at our monthly online Life Lounge. Our varied programme is designed to inspire, stretch, inform and entertain. Meetings are on the 2nd Thursday of the month.


Life Lounge presents a range of topics with themes including:

- happiness and wellbeing

- achieving and maintaining good mental health

- personal growth and development

- individual challenges and learnings

- new ideas from neuroscience.


We have run many successful sessions with guest speakers, and welcome contact from anyone who has something relevant to contribute – do contact us to talk about presenting your ideas.
