Professional Partnering is a workplace peer support system, that enables the creation of safe and confidential spaces for people to use for reflection, emotional support, and professional development. Each of us has knowledge and skills that are helpful to our colleagues, and each of us has need of a space to reflect and plan.
Professional Partnering sets up a clear framework for agreeing ground rules and ways of running the group. Facilitation can be by a BWIS practitioner or an internal peer facilitator following a ‘train the trainer’ programme. Professional Partnering groups have been successfully created in hospitals and universities.
If creating a PP programme would be helpful in your organisation, book a free no-obligation call with Sue at email@example.com to discuss.
