Walk & Talk
It is well-known that going out walking has many benefits for our physical and mental health. Connecting and interacting with others can make it even more enjoyable and therapeutic.
You are welcome to join us on one of our regular local walks, which are of varying lengths and all free of charge. Please note that people come on walks at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and wellbeing while on the walk.
For the current BWIS walk programme see our Events page. Occasionally we join the Ipswich Outdoor Group for one of their walks. To attend these you need to be a member, which costs just £10 a year.
