BWIS is a Community Interest Company (CIC) run by directors Sue Gray and Steve Roche. BWIS is dedicated to the wellbeing of people in Suffolk. Our purpose is to help you to develop the mental and emotional resilience to deal with life’s challenges.
Our mission is to help people learn, grow, and live fulfilling lives; to support local communities and empower the people of Suffolk to improve their physical and mental health.
We specialise in coaching, therapy, and training. We run groups, courses, and open events, and do project and consultancy work for charitable and commercial organisations. We call on professional associates as needed.
